1. Eligibility
Matrimonial registration is intended only for individuals who are legally eligible for marriage. Users must provide accurate and genuine information while registering.
2. Profile Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that the information, photographs and other details provided in their matrimonial profile are correct and genuine.
Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam reserves the right to review, suspend or deactivate profiles containing false, misleading, inappropriate or incomplete information.
3. One Profile Per Person
Creating multiple matrimonial profiles for the same person is not permitted. Duplicate or suspicious profiles may be removed or deactivated.
4. Registration & Membership
Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam accepts matrimonial registrations from all communities. The annual registration fee is ₹1,000 for one year.
Membership services and access are subject to the applicable registration and verification process.
Membership activation and renewal are subject to payment confirmation by Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam. Members may contact our office for assistance with registration and payment verification.
5. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for their communication and interaction with other members. Users are advised to verify profile information independently before making personal, financial or matrimonial decisions.
6. Appropriate Use
Members must not use Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, obscene or commercial activities unrelated to matrimonial purposes.
Users must not impersonate another person, harass other members, send spam or misuse contact information obtained through the matrimonial service.
7. Privacy & Profile Security
Members should maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and should not share their account password with others.
Personal and profile information will be handled in accordance with the Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam Privacy Policy.
8. Profile Verification
Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam may review profile information for service administration and verification purposes. However, members are encouraged to independently verify information before proceeding with any matrimonial arrangement.
9. Suspension or Termination
Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse the service or provide misleading information.
10. Service Availability
Kamban Thirumana Thagaval Maiyam may update, modify or temporarily suspend any part of the service when required for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update will be subject to the revised terms.
